| Berkeley Jet Pump Shafts |
We offer both a standard duty pump shaft and a severe duty Aquamet pump
shaft. The standard pump shaft is designed for applications of 500 horsepower and below
while the severe duty shaft is for high horsepower applications exceeding 500+
horsepower. Aquamet shafts are nearly three times stronger than original equipment shafts.

Here is a factory pump shaft kit from Berkeley Jet Drive. This kit
comes with the thrust bearing pre-greased and installed on the shaft. This
will make your pump rebuild go easier since most boaters do not have a press in
their garage.This kit includes:
- 1 Stock Impeller Shaft
- 1 Shaft Sleeve
- 1 Thrust Bearing
- 1 Bearing Cap Gasket
- 1 Snap Ring
- 1 Suction Piece Seal
- 1 Bearing Cap Seal
- 1 Bowl Gasket
- Labor to install the sleeve and bearing

Here we have put together a do-it-yourself kit,
this will come with a new 17-4 machined Aquamet shaft
with: inducer impeller, a new jet impeller, your choice of aluminum or
stainless, thrust bearing, shaft spacers and snap ring. The bearing is
pre-greased and pressed on the shaft from the manufacture. See listing to fit
your application or ask one of jet techs to help you out.
